Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days Australia-wide. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak periods.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $70 AUD. Orders under $70 ship for a flat rate of $9.95. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only. For international enquiries, please contact us at care@skeyndor.com.au.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Click the link to view real-time delivery updates.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I request a return or refund?
Contact us at care@skeyndor.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Where are Skeyndor products made?
All Skeyndor products are developed and manufactured in Barcelona, Spain, where the brand was founded in 1966. Over 55 years of skincare innovation backed by clinical research.
Are Skeyndor products tested on animals?
No. Skeyndor is cruelty-free and does not test on animals. Our products are endorsed by the Eczema Association of Australasia and manufactured under ISO 22716 GMP certification.
Which range is best for sensitive skin?
Our Aquatherm range is specifically formulated for sensitive and reactive skin. It features thermal water from the Spanish Pyrenees and targets four pillars: barrier repair, microbiome balance, neuro-sensitivity, and inflammation control.
How do I choose the right products for my skin?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at care@skeyndor.com.au. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order is dispatched we’re unable to modify it.
